What Personal Information We Collect CheckTonight will collect information that identifies you ("personal information") online ONLY when you voluntarily endorse that we do so through our certified partners. For example, when you endorse the release of your personal information at one of our affiliated testing clinics, we require that you provide some personal information, such as your first and last name, government identification number, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. We also may collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password. In addition, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to questionnaires, such as customer satisfaction surveys.

How We Use Personal Information We Collect Online We may use your personal information within CheckTonight (1) to provide you with the services and products you request, (2) to assist with your questions about our services, billing, payment methods or use of our web site, (3) to process or collect payments made in connection with our services to you, and (4) to evaluate our services and products and to conduct customer surveys. We also may use your information within CheckTonight, with your consent, to send you information that may be of interest to you.

Privacy Choices When you register online for one of our services, you may be given the option of receiving periodic informational/promotional mail or email from CheckTonight. You choose whether or not to receive correspondence when you provide this information or by changing your preferences within your registration profile at any time. CheckTonight allows three tiers of sharing functionality to improve the experience of its members. These options should be carefully reviewed and considered due to the sensitivity of the information. CheckTonight recommends that its members use the default or original setting for certificate sharing unless they are certain that they understand and are comfortable with the other options.

Default Setting

(1) The default setting in your CheckTonight account will be “by approval of specific request only sharing”. In order for anyone to see your CheckTonight certificate, you must approve their individual requests and grant them access.

For faster Sharing(2) You may change your privacy settings to allow only verified CheckTonight members to view your certificate, without requiring request approval. So, if you wish for other CheckTonight members who have also received negative test results to view your certificate without individual requests, you may allow them to do so by selecting this option. (3) You many change your privacy settings to allow non-verified CheckTonight members to view your CheckTonight certificate without requiring request approval.

Privacy Choices B) Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties We will not give, sell, rent, loan or otherwise disclose any personal information to any third party, unless(1) you have authorized us to do so, (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process, and/or (3) it is necessary to do so in order to protect and defend the rights or property of this web site. For example, with your consent, and as per your directives, we may disclose your personal information to a third-party vendor that we engage to send your results via email or Short Message Service (SMS). We contractually require such third-party vendors and contractors to comply with strict standards regarding security and confidentiality. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about web site usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Non-personal Information Cookies In order to provide better service, CheckTonight may use a "cookie." We may use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer and to retrieve certain information previously provided by you.
